Thank you for your support and interest in the Military Association of New York. As a new, current or previous member you have some options for applying or renewing your membership. You may either choose to apply or renew online or by mail.

*** All Newly Commissioned Military Officers and Newly Appointed Military Officers in New York State (from January 1, 2009 - Present), all fees are waived for your membership to MANY for the first two years from the date you were commissioned or appointed to New York State. Please fillout the 2011 Membership Application. You may either mail it to MANY at the address indicated below or you may scan and email it to membership@m-a-n-y.org. CAC enabled electronic form will soon be available.
